I also learned Mark was hired by a VC and has a great opportunity to take a high Tech company in Atlanta public. Wouldn't we all love to have that opportunity ! . Dan is highly regarded, have not spoken directly to him but he has been at MELI since 1990 and was acting controller. It looks like bad timing on the Executive announcements, but no change in fundamentals. Looks like the stock has settled down, hard to see where any more sellers would come in, small float so when it takes off it will go fast....
