Ben, I also agree. I'm not totally sure, but I think the amount is off by a few zero's (like maybe 3), or maybe its an IPO of 10 million shares, I don't know. I doubt that Goldman Sach's would take a client public for an initial public offering of $10M, let alone themselves. AT any rate, I'll bet the stock owned by company insiders will vastly outnumber the number of shares in public offering. Making them very rich indeed. David
