Christine, I think what John R. is saying (prev. post, #3880) is the main reason more investors don't come forward. I'm no longer in Oilex and don't expect to get any money back. Most of the assets, as I understand, will go back to the new (Yarmak's) Oilex. What will satisfy me the most is get Mr. Burditt, Timmins and the rest of the crap in jail and have them bared from the security business for life. I want to see him suffer badly. I know he ain't having any sleep, but I want to make sure it lasts for as long as possible. If we don't stop this guy, he will come back (CAYC...) to hunt the little investor. You may contact Gery Weiss of Business Week (I don't have his e-mail with me but you're likely to find it at BW's Web site businessweek.com) if you need some more help.
