Anecdote: Have owned Dell since I bought my Dimension XPS pro 200, sold it and jumped back the last time the day before the earnings. Bought more yesterady and today. last night I decide to get a 450 MHz pentium. priced Dell and Compaq. Difference: $599 in Dell's favor.
