Luc, should Mr. Graham should quit at this point???? At the very, very least he should have his fiscal 1999 objectives and financial renumeration package re-evaluated. If he receive's anything like what was tied to fiscal 1998 results I'd have say shareholders are being taken for a big, big, ride. The Tisma acquisition and subsequent inaccurate and "unaudited" qtrly earnings mistatements have cost IPV investors quite a few million dollars while Mr. Graham has reaped nothing but rewards. I will be doing some research as to the company's fiduciary and legal responsibility to report the results of material COGS adjustments that were discovered but never published in Q2, Q3, Q4. John
