We know about the lawsuit dismissal, we know about the 2 new contracts, we know that they are still holding the news for legal reason. But waiting for such long time could make people start to question about it. Considering the current global market conditions, I would not expect this stock is going to move much based on just peolpe's waiting expectations. In fact, too much waiting times can only scare the investors away & discount the impact once the news come out. Just my own opinion, hopefully I can find out more on tomorrow.
