On Yahoo's AVEI message board today, there's a posted rumor that Medtronic (MDT) will be buying out AVEI (quoting: 'this has been very persistent.') .... [See Yahoo AVEI msg #3050.]

Of course 90% of rumors are false, but I just bought AVEI this afternoon and I am wondering how my timing might have been so fortuitous.

Any comments?
