LT I want this company to be what they claim they are too, but at this point I'm very skeptical and not just because the stock price is down. Here are some of the reasons: 1. A press release implied that the digital equipment was in house and ready. When Dan went (after the release) the room was empty. 2. The PR person was to come aboard, yet seems to be unavailble, contrary to the press release. 3. Earnings continue to be delayed beyond promises and the company acts like they don't know what is going on. 4. The company announced huge contracts. This should always be viewed with a cautious eye. 5. Shares outstanding have gone up dramatically in the short time span following these huge announcements. Sounds like a pump and dump. 6. THe company announces this dividend and gives no guidance regarding it. Very strange. Regarding the 'Nasdaq BB' issue, yes many people use that term but a company should know better and should never use that term on a Web site.
