Porter I am flattered with the offer, but I am not a lawyer... but am aware of the Corporate, SEC laws and investors rights. Sure just let me know when and how... no ground rules are needed, as long as it doesnt go into the CVIA insider stuff. Shoot if you want to open it up you may have some guys on this thread might want to sit in also, who knows maybe you can pick up some club members. KAA
