Anil - I think banning CDROMS or Books that show Kashmir is a disputed area is a valid use of authority to let the outsiders know that we disagree with their interpretation. And unless they correct it India will ban such material. Can you imagine if India did not dispute such claims. Then she would be acknowledging that Kashmir is, in fact, a adisputed area.
