Paunch, you said,
<<< IPM told me they had an offer for a private placement,
and they are working out the details. >>>
I can only speak for myself, and even tho I do not understand
what a private placement or JV or warrents or others options
are or mean, I can only say that to me if a private placement
is something like a person with deep pockets willing to help
IPM continue, then if this "person" gives ipmcf shareholders
a piece of the pie that will allow them to get back their
initial investment over time, then to me this person is a
good thing happening and I support and thank him. For me the
possibility of making it big thru this investment has been
replaced with a desire to not lose the investment and then
take it from there. I realize that each current ipmcf shareholder
has different amounts of shares and average cost, but just so
that IPM is saved it will give me a chance to get more than
the zero, and maby even my initial, or maby if I have faith in
IPM dirt (which I do), a chance to hold after getting back onto
CDN and NASDAQ. So, what are the possible outcomes, good/ok/bad
that a private placement could result in I would like to hear
from those friendly to IPM and have this type of insight.
