Taurus553. The next rate U.S. rate move will be HIGHER.

Everybody will call Greenspan stupid. Gee, can't he see all the deflationary forces out there? Isn't the market in trouble? Aren't equities all over the world tumbling? Isn't the strong dollar the problem?

He's not as stupid as he seems. He knows the consequences if worldwide demand for the dollar faltered. Especially U.S. debt. And he knows somewhere out there a group of CB's is looking to replace thei r dollar reserves.

If the dollar ever suffered the fate of lesser currencies, every CB in the world would lose.
