Here is my trace. I too have a cable modem which dies on SI. I keep hitting stop
and next hoping to eventually advance. If I find an enclosed URL to click on,
speed returns to normal until I return back to SI. I'm using IE 4.72 which usually is
much better than Netscape 4.05.
