Well, Dan O, Deb is still lying to you fast and furiously.
As the FDA documents show, her mother, Linda Grable, admitted selling the Lintro-Scan that was confiscated in Wisconsin by the feds in 1990. The FDA sent investigators to inspect the Grables' business and home many times, in 1983, 1986, 1988, 1990, and 1992 (and perhaps at other times for which I did not receive a report).
The FDA conducted its most extensive investigation of the Grables in 1990 after the Wisconsin Dept. of Health asked the Feds for help in stopping a company that was going around in a mobile van screening women for breast cancer at shopping malls with the Grables' Lintro-Scan device. Linda Grable admitted to the FDA that earlier that year she sold the device to the Wisconsin operator and provided him with "misbranded" promotional literature.
According to records from the FDA's 1992 investigation, Linda Grable told the investigator that they sold the Lintronics name to Lintronics Technologies Inc. of Tampa, Fla. in October 1991, because the firm wanted to use the name for its business. It appears from the FDA records that the Grables sold only the name and not rights to their Lintro-Scan and Mammo-Scan devices. In fact, Linda Grable told the FDA investigator in 1992 that she intended to pursue developing and marketing their "Mammo-Scan" breast imaging device as soon as she could get the necessary funding.
Spinmeister Deb's obfuscations and deceit will not erase the FDA records.
