Bogus yellow journalism. It's not as if Red Herring has been at all pro-Microsoft in the past.

First of all, if they wanted to display a shred of honesty, they would acknowledge that David Cole was not a VP when and if he wrote that letter. He was a lower level manager. They'd probably also add more context than pure negative spin to Brad Silverberg's replies.
