i don't know why anyone wouldn't want .6 shares of lu for every asnd share. lu stock will grow like weeds, longer and stronger then asnd could ever dream about. Well, if I had some LU shares, I'd strongly consider selling them to you right now. In fact, if LU goes back up to 110, I'd sell them short to you. LU doesn't even know how to spell IP. I like that quote by Paul Johnson. I think it's absolutely true. Unless they pick up ASND, they are about to get really whacked by Cisco. I mean a real mean spanking. bucky89
