With all due respect, the issue here is Chef Boyardee Ed Cohen's tasty book keeping dishes. There is no basis for the company's method of accounting in GAAP. Even the referenced section s EITF 89-4, FASB125, FASB 91 have no support for "accreting to appraised value" Numbers will be restated and stock will fall. Period. Mr. Pink
