limtex ... Actually I wonder why the owners of the StarTrek copyright don't sue Motorola especially when you consider the name "StarTac". I read in Forbes (a while ago) that Paramount (owner of all Star Trek rights) is investigating all legal options with regard to Motorola's use of the name StarTac. I am sure Qualcomm is aware of this, because I personally pointed out the Forbes article to someone at Qualcomm, just in case no one there (at QCOM) knew about it. Jon.
