Well, for one thing, the amount of red was very minimal, IMO. Only $52,000? If I read it right though, they have no debt. So at least the negative earnings hasn't impacted them in that regard. This is a company that is just beginning to put together projects that will generate earnings, so the red is to be expected. That is why the stock is selling at .03. Now that we have some proof that these projects are for real, the stock is worth more, based on future earnings, IMO. Anyway, good luck with whatever decision you make on this one. Rob.
