Your problem, if I may say, is you are speculating. The company clearly defined the incremental phases to cleanse the AZNT market in their press releases. The last phase has yet to be released, it was dependent on the federal court's ruling. The court ruled yesterday. Now we wait for notification and for the papers to be served. Then, and only then, will you see a short squeeze.
As I said, Meyerson requested 800K shares from the company direct, NITE/Marcazzi 2MM.
I gave the board info, I mentioned Zapara, I mentioned Marcazzi, the press releases and court records are public knowledge.
Instead of DD from this bashing group, we got trite sound-bites and weary 'evil shorts' mumbo-jumbo. I suggest the bashers stop posing and start putting their nose to the grindstone.
