Does anybody have any comments on the API numbers of a 5.565 million draw. I would think this could show some definite affects of the OPEC cutbacks. Obviously we need a few good weeks of numbers like this, but if we do we could be back in balance just in time for "La Nina". Any comments are appreciated. green
