Hi, Michael. Sorry it took me a few hours to get back to you on this
one! Talked with our CFO, Mr. Gary Crook, and he told me to reply with
the blanket statement, "We do not discuss our acquisition / merger
activities . . ." etc. etc. In short, it's SOS' policy not to publicly
disclose these types of discussions until we are legally required. I
think that's the same with most public companies.
I haven't personally heard anything about a merger with FAMH, but I just
may be "out of the loop". Just an FYI - any press releases sent out by
SOS are always posted to our web site within 24 hours. Other press
releases are usually sent out by independent (sometimes authorized,
usually unauthorized) sources.
