Does this seem accurate? It's what a wrote to the organization giving SPA its seal for meeting high standards of investor disclosure!

SPA FAUCET has a right to use your seal? Are you joking? Do you know what a laughing target this makes your organization, or are all of your members as tainted by self-dealing and fraud as DRIP is?

Not long ago, a company called ECO2 (TIRE) claimed to own 51% of SPA. Then Sudman, a principal and executive of SPA, bought that interest at much less than the market price. SPA, after months of market pumping "onward and upward" statements turned silent around the time of the ECO2 transaction. If there was any reality to SPA, why has its price sunk so low? What happened to the AMEX listing it claimed to be pursuing? What did Hamet learn that made it cancel it's planned acquisition of SPA?

Silicon Investor has threads on both ECO2 and SPA and your organization ought to be familiar with them.
