This objective is evidenced by the recently announced relationship
to supply more than 1,000,000 set top boxes
to Time Warner Cable. [SAY WHAT???]

"Time Warner Cable serves a total of 12
million subscribers in 37 states." So 1,000,000 is just a start, but
some lucrative head-end biz would be great. End to end solutions is what a lot of people will want and need..

Here are some things from SFA's 10K of '97

Sales of set-top
terminals constituted approximately 30% of the Company's total sales for
fiscal year 1997, and approximately 27% and 26% of such sales in fiscal years
1996 and 1995, respectively.

Matsushita Electronic Components Co., Ltd.
manufactures set-top terminals for the Company and is a primary supplier of
those terminals.

This contract with Matshushita may be decreasing with the continuing expansion in Juarez.....
