Is the general consensus here that DGIV will release their SB-10 without a Nasdaq listing? I know DGIV is looking into various ways to get onto Nasdaq, including mergers and the like. I am just wondering if we are really waiting just for the financials or really for the Nas listing. If the financials are out it certainly makes DGIV a more researchable company but I dont think these initial financial filings will indicate anything earth-shattering as far as revenues, cash etc. I hope they do but I dont think at this early stage they will catch the attention of too many people. If that is the case then we may not see too much action from the much anticipated (on this thread anyway) SB-10. I just hope we arent setting ourselves up for a disappointment with these numbers. To my mind the larger event and the event of significance is the move out of the BB world. Either way, I hope that DGIV starts moving (up) soon.
