Possible Start-up Delay - Buying Opportunity! Hello, I called Spencer Maus of Microcap this afternoon and he has not heard if the startup decision has been made. The actual part that has not been received is the Thermal Oxidizer. This is the main part and nothing can be done till its arrival. I would venture that we may not see any start up till after the holidays. Both Christmas & New Years falls on Wednesday. This means that the world will basically be closed except for the retail sector. I know many manufacturers and production facilities who would rather close than open/reheat or restart a production line for two days only to have it shut down for the holiday. Productivity is not very high at this time of year. Apparently many investors expected the start up to happen today. Yet, as I read all the comments, etc. it is obvious that the start up was for anytime this week barring any unforseen delay. The TO is the unforseen delay. The M&K Engineers are on site at the Allied Terminal site this week going over last minute changes. Perhaps this delay will present a great buying opportunity? There was a lot of volume today. The only words I have for everyone is don't panic and hand the Market Makers your hard earned money by selling out. If you do I will be there to buy as much as my wallet will allow. I am sure the new investors from Inside Wall Street will also buy your shares at this price. This unforseen delay which can't last but a few weeks will pass very quickly as we all celebrate the holidays. I sense that there are more good announcements in the wind. It is just a feeling I have no inside knowledge! So watch your e-mails. Regards, Tom
