I think that's the confusion. This is *not* an substantive piece of news (e.g. informative), but that's not Steve's fault, not knowing that these programs are available to anyone with a heartbeat and a purchase order.

Bottom line is that we all know now that it is a non-relevant piece of information, and Alastair simply helped clarify that.
