While I agree with you, the point is that RNTK appears to have a tremendously large number of retail investors who are very likely to sell this stock after the announcement of the deal. We all obviously hope that institutional investors (mutual funds, pension plans, etc.) will jump on board but there's no guarantee until the details of the deal become more clear. Bradpalm1
