To everyone with level 2,

Take a good look at how they are taking it down, and how any buys force it up... I think they are still shorting... Hey I got confirmation of the DTC being FROZEN... This is pretty smooth... any shareholders who are curious should call their brokers and ask what a free at the DTC is... (as if they know!) Talk to the legal departments.
