Grasshopper - if you're truly in Hawaii (and no reason to believe you're not) you have a leg up on most of us. Me, I'm in L.A. OUCH! Re: CKFR - Tom (Lindt) has actual hard fact and data. Me, by the seat of my pants. That said...assuming CKFR is still stable and competitive (Tom's quote here) I think we're in a rough market. Me, I'm waiting it out...e-commerce will come and IMO bigtime. Bali high! Peter
