Thomas- The stock's response to the upgrade disappointed me, too, but LLTC's chart looks weaker than MCRL or MXIM, so I understand Wolfgangus' position. LLTC bounced off of 60 just a few too many times, and now we'll be stuck under that price for awhile. As always, just my opinion, and I'm always full of opinions that may or may not be well founded. pg
