Mr. B, This morning my inquiries resulted in learning that service of the court's demand is still pending, the delay is due to they are waiting upon receipt of service on the other cases from yesterday. I believe there may very well be service by friday, the source couldn't be definitive. Once they are served, the next PR announcing the last phase in the program to cleanse the AZNT market will be released. RB
