I have to concur Spots, I have had numerous WD drives,
never a problem. My 2.5 in my machine has been through
the wringer with me. I constantly am moving my computer
when I travel ( it's not a laptop) has been on for 2 years
solid, only turn it off when I move it. Never had a problem,
yet!?!?
