Chi- I would wait for insider buying before considering BBY - according to the BBY thread, an insider sold in October. While it can fill a gap in the 16 area - the question is when. Right now earnings are being revised downward - most of the analysts rate it a hold, Zacks rates it a strong sell. I would avoid it for now, but watch for insider buying. If theres interest in a stock thats near its low - consider intv - which makes voice processing systems, projected earnings of $1+; selling at about 12 1/2, down from a high of 30 and insiders are starting to buy.
