X-ray I think you mean you can only short on an 'uptick' not a down tick, like on Nasdaq. wrt experts, Napier has hired an expert in the chemical stripping industry who has a track record with one of the big guys. I just wish they would make the particulars known.(hint) Also, i believe you could consider ICI and K-G experts in the stripper industry, so they are on the right track, i just wish they could speed things up a bit and get the facts published. I'm tired of hearing insiders selling and stock manipulation schemes, it pisses me and others off. We need details. Enough said!
