The samplers make a good scientific argument but it's not good enough. Any magician will tell you scientists are the most easily tricked people of all.

The Clintons and the democrats, have politicized (infected)the Justice Dept., the FBI, the IRS, etc. with partizan politicos and have NO QUALMS ABOUT IT. There is no doubt they will do the same with the census mechanisms. Hell they're willing to commit treason to get campaign dollars, what would they do to rig the districts in their favor?

We are dealing an 'ends justify the means' mob. If you want to snuff out a democracy, just start tampering with elections. That process is already well along. Just ask B1 Bob.
