All: Q1 is over and the bar has been raised by 5c to 19c for the next Q. This means income will need to increase by $10m and Sales by near $16m.Against this requirement, one must also consider that both gross and operating margins have unexpectedly decreased.

The probability of meeting Q2 is certainly less than Q1. However the odds can be improved if there are cost reductions and savings in SG&A.

Any thoughts about Q2.
