Yeah, Kash, at today's price of $10, I would think ACTL would be attractive to any of the companies you mention. They run $40M per quarter at 60 pts GP and have a solid loyal customer base. Who wouldn't want to acquire that at the bargain price of 16 times earnings... By the way, ACTL and Quick just announced a settlement of their patent litigation, financial terms not disclosed: biz.yahoo.com
