Dan, sim has about 600,000 shares of overhead at 2.84...You can tell if it is chipping it away by the stock attacking that level with volume in excess of 100,000+ shares....If you look at your ADX it is at 16, showing a trendless stock...The pattern is a rectangle, 2.25 by 2.84....It is not chipping yet....Mark
