I have a friend who recently started working at IDX. He thinks that Fowler is a real ass.
He's very unapproachable and nobody wants to cross his path.
IDX leaves something to be desired as an organization. There is no organization within
the company. Their filing system is in disarray, and nobody seems to know where
anything is located.
My friend told me it's like pulling teeth to get basic desk supplies. He said that when he
requested a lateral file cabinet the person responsible said that in order to get the OK for
that type of cabinet, she would have to ask CEO Fowler and he would be all over her
and she was scared of him. So the request went unfulfilled.
As I hear more I will be glad to share it.
