There is a class action suit going on in District Court, Central District of California, Western Division.

I've got the papers but never bothered to file since I would likely collect less than the postage costs to file the claim. -nfg-

Anyway you guys are out of luck on that one since the deadline for filing your claim was July 16, 1998. The class period is for purchases of QDEK stock during January 26, 1996 through June 13, 1996. After QDEK gets sucked dry on that suit there won't me much left for a new suit. So, forget that fool's gold.
