I am speaking specifically in the disparity between the Russell 2000 and S&P 500. Since 1/95, the S&P 500 has gone up 250% relative to the general market (Russell 2000 - 500 large cap plus the 1500 smaller stocks). There is something wrong here. Have the larger 500 companies done 2.5 times better than the general market-2000 companies since 1995? I don't think so. Something has to give...
