It depends on your timeframe, overall investment strategy, and current holdings and asset allocation. For me, timeframe is long-term, investment strategy is capital appreciation, I currently own lots of great growth companies/funds, and my equity position is currently underweighted by about 2%. For those conditions, I am purchasing or considering purchase of the following:
