Only responding to the article...not the person who submitted it to the thread.... It appears to me, and it is only my opinion, that the accounting called into question would only concern MRVC shareholders if the recent acquisitions were substantially made for the purpose of these write-downs. That clearly isn't the case. The case where AOL purchased what is basically a customer list and discarded all of the r&d in progress has absolutely no parallel with MRVC's acquisitions. greg
