ELWOOD---WHAT A DOG ! It is hard to believe I have listen to the CPQ story for the past twelve months . The reason this stock has not perform is that we have an individual who is so interested in his own ego and ripping off the shareholders with his poor performance . IN the past 12 months DELL has made over a BILLION net profit while the bonehead running this company has : 1) received 70 million dollars from stock options 2) received over 5 million in salary , options etc 3) continue to put the emphasis on the company being 50 billion in sales but no profit 4) EP still believes the indirect model is the way to go while MICHAEL dell is destroying his PC business 5) I listen to how bloated DEC was -yet we have not done anything to make the company more competitive ---at least DEC make money --- a lot more than CPQ PC business ---EP has hidden behind this facade since JANUARY 6) has no ability to express a vision to the public on the company represents Will start getting out next week and putting my money to work for my family future BEST WISHES BILL P.S. HARD TO BELIEVED CPQ WAS NAMED COMPANY OF THE YEAR FOR 1998 ! by FORBES MAGAZINE
