Hi all, Been a while since I've been here. I made a big mistake in not posting here lately and miss ALL of you, no matter what your viewpoint. This is a public forum and all are entitled to "speak their piece." Time will tell which person has the correct perspective and which do not.

I see J Taylor is now giving a buy rec. on IPM stock in his weekly phone update. Expect he will put it in his written version also. I understand that he has a big subscriber base, so perhaps we will get a "newsletter spike".

I have some news on IPM, however it's subjective -- I'll type it up and you'll have to decide it's value, if any. I was in PHX. yesterday (Sunday) and spent the afternoon and evening with IPM management. This was in a social setting and not much business was being discussed. There was an unbelievable positive charge in the air. It was nothing like the negativism that pervaded the AGM in Toronto. Everyone was in a great mood (before cocktails even) and lots of smiling. Le Furlong (IPM Pres.) proposed a toast on 2 occasions and the second one was "a thank you to the employees and to the big break through." The entire board of directors was present and I noted that each of them later said that they were going to be in PHX for the rest of the week. This is an unusual time for a board meeting for IPM. Alan Doyle (Chairman) also staying for the week and I know that his copper project in Namibia is just finishing feasibility. He spends most of his time in London or Joberg and I know for a fact that he doesn't care that much for PHX. I asked some questions of Mr. Furlong and received little in the way of answers except some big smiles. As I read over this, it doesn't sound like much but it was incredibly positive. It was like everyone had heard a great joke except me. Maybe I should put it like this, if I had any loose funds -- I would buy the stock and I don't mean that in a hypey way. My impression is that something major has happened and that we are going to like it. That's all I know.
