Bill, sorry I haven't responded sooner, out for a walk...need one on a day like this. Your assumption is correct. You can bid 'til the cows come home, but if no one is willing to sell, you either wait them out or up the price you're willing to pay. As you can see, someone paid up, i.e. 1.23, and someone upped the bid to 1.18. When I sent out the Level II you would have noted the strong bids under the market and the offers pretty thin on the way up. If we close up today, even by a penny, that is a good omen for tomorrow...perhaps some of the members of the thread are familiar with "candlesticks". Price action looks good to me. Best,
