James---Hard for me to get my head around DCI today with a son, daughter in-law and grandchildren in Wilmington N.C. about 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach. A couple of questions . You stated that when you talked to the office yesterday there were some " typical delays in closing some deals, but it didn't look significant to you", could you expound on that. Refresh me on what if any impact the current stock price might have on the Locus deal. As I recall the $15.0 Million stock portion was agreed to at 7.5 million shares at a "set price" of $2.0 per share. Does mean that if the closing was held today, that the amount of shares would have to be adjusted upward to 11.5 million to reach the $15.0 million at todays $1.31 price. If so this gives Locus a better deal at a future sale at $10.0 Also what impact does a lower stock price have on TWC's LOI agreement to purchase $10.0 million convertible preferred?? Thanks for any Info on these subjects.
