Craig,

When the price breaks the outer bands, it normally indicates that it will continue in that direction. Whether its normal or not, there are less times that a stock protudes a band than occilates within the upper and lower bands.

The Stochastic has hit 20 there4 is can be considered oversold. That being the case, would believe that selling initiated volume should be decreasing. Just a thought, not for sure, but makes sense.
