I suggest you read the company's previous press releases, they will inform you that the plan is incremental. The company has yet to announce the last phase. The court has rendered a decision and papers are being served. When that has been accomplished I believe they have 7-10 days to cover. The company will release the PR detailing the last phase in cleansing the AZNT market. Then the short squeeze will commence.
You are saying it's over when in truth, it hasn't yet commenced.

Markets operate based on future expectations, if anybody were holding short positions, as you so much imply, and then such news would cause a near immediate reaction.

Further, your news, themselves are telling you that this is "pending" other events.... again, typical "carrot ahead of the donkey so we can ride it longer"
